New “Type” Column
- A dedicated column has been added to display the application type: Transfer, New Permit, etc. (**Because this is a newly introduced feature, the column may initially appear blank for some applications)

Two filters added to the My Applications Grid
- Location and Form Type (**Previously, you could only filter by status and program)

Accessibility Enhancements
- Added descriptive text to images
- Improved color contrast for better visibility
- Enhanced screen reader compatibility

Deployed October 1st

Pay an invoice without logging in
- Added ability to pay an invoice without having to log into the portal or even have a portal account. To pay an invoice, go to the login page and click on the "Make Payment" link at the top right of the screen. You will then need to enter the invoice number and invoice amount in order to retrieve your invoice and pay it. See gif below.

Map Control
- Added a map widget to the location control in the permit applications locations pages. So now you can click on a map and the system will copy address and geolocation (lat/long) details into the form for you. It will also copy the county of the location. This is supported within the "Add New" and the "View/Edit" screens. See gif below.

Improved Invitation Redemption Flow
- Pending invitations associated with a user's account will now be automatically redeemed upon login. Previously, users were required to manually click a link received via email to complete the redemption. This enhancement streamlines the user experience by reducing the number of steps needed to gain access to applications or permits.
Add messaging upon login if the user's account hasn't been activated to instruct them to activate their account by clicking the link they received via email.

Change to my invoices page to direct the user to the standard invoice receipt page, instead of the custom one used for pre-submission payments
Fixed issue with popup forms where the validation of textboxes was visually shifting the submit button

- Permit details section header, grid ellipsis removal, and layout changed to a single column

Additional Updates

Deployed on November 21^st

Fixed a bug when new records are added to a subgrid (table) and then don't automatically display in the target grid.
Added the ability to show list content in forms.
Updated the invoice payment flow so that users are redirected back to the invoice screen after payment.
Various UX improvements, including:
- Payment receipt process improvements
- Left alignment of permit application forms. Now instead of centering the header title, subtitle, and text, it's all aligned to the left, which is more in line with how user's eyes navigate along a page in view

The form page stepper has been moved from the top-center of the page to a left-aligned vertical layout. This change allows the display of contextual text for each page, making it easier to understand what each page of the form is for.

Added a document viewer. Now a popup window (modal) appears when you click on a document, which then loads the document itself in view mode. This works for several document types including PDF, XLS, and DOC.

Added filters to the invoice table grid screen, so that a user can quickly view only active invoices, overdue invoices, refunded invoices, etc

The menu navigation has been moved from dropdowns on the top right of the screen to a vertical left pane menu navigation.

Sometimes a required field was out of view on screen. This has been resolved.
On the Brownfields solution, the "Applications Details" links from the Invoices screen wasn't working. This has been fixed.
Lookups were not auto-refreshing the contents of listboxes. This has been resolved.
The tour button has been moved to the left navigation pane. So now you can initiate a tour of a page inline (if tour widgets are present on the page you are looking at).

Password Reset improvements have been made
Invitation codes which have expired (48 hours after creation) can now be re-activated by internal staff. This will allow a user to try activating the invite again.
