N.C. DEQ Complaint Form

This Anonymous Comment Tool allows members of the public to provide anonymous suggestions or complaints about an environmental concern. In order to remain anonymous, make sure you are not logged into the portal and use the "Anonymous" toggle on the form. Information entered via this form is subject to the North Carolina Public Records Law and may be disclosed to third parties by an authorized state official.

This form is intended for programs that have been released to production in this Access DEQ portal. If the program is not yet live in Access DEQ, we will pass complaints along to the appropriate personnel.
